Drop us a message with your vision. Whether it’s a full idea or a vague moodboard, we’re ready.
2. Design
Need help designing? Our creative team will jump in.
3. Sign-Off
Once your final design is approved, we’ll confirm quantities and sizes.
4. Payment
We’re a small, independent business, full payment is required before production.
5. Production
Lead time is 5–7 weeks from the day we receive your payment and final sign-off.
Note: design time is not included in production lead time. The sooner we sign off, the sooner we get rolling.

What details do you need from me?
We will need your quantities, gender and size breakdown. Vector logos, colour palette and any other brand assets.
What’s the minimum order I can do?
Yes. Our minimum order is 15 units per product. Smaller quantities can be arranged.
How long does production actually take?
Production takes 5–7 weeks from final sign-off and full payment.
When is payment due?
As a small, independent brand, we require full payment upfront before production begins.
What is a setup fee?
A setup fee is a one-time cost to get your design ready for printing and production. Setup fees only apply to orders under 30 units.
Do you offer design help?
Yes, we offer design assistance. Your first design draft will be shared within 7 working days. Three complimentary rounds of revisions are included.
Can I get more than 3 revisions?
If you need additional revisions, a design fee will apply to cover the extra time involved.
I've got my own design. what format do you need?
Designs and logos in a vector format (EPS or SVG). If you don’t have a vector version, we can assist by converting your logo for you.
